Music Over the Marsh – Ray Lambiase & Emily Dowd

Join us Saturday, September 28th for an evening of live music!

Starting off the night we will have Emily Dowd performing. Emily Dowd is a Paul Smith’s alumna and singer -songwriter based in Saranac Lake. Her solo work is inspired by folk and country artists old and new, such as Joni Mitchell, Nanci Griffith, John Denver, Noah Kahan, Tyler Childers and Caamp. Her upcoming debut album, “Boreal”, features fifteen songs that tell stories of her deep love for the Adirondacks and the people she’s met here.

Next, taking the stage will be Ray Lambiase.

Ray Lambiase is a veteran Long Island singer-songwriter who has performed in concert with Marshall Crenshaw, Pure Prairie League, Steve Forbert,  Suzanne Vega, Graham Parker, Dave Mason, Roger McGuinn, Chris Hillman, Dave Van Ronk, The Mamas and the Papas, Brewer and Shipley, Eric Andersen, Dr. John, Karla Bonoff and many others. 

Ray Lambiase has recently released his fifth full length CD, The Road Ahead, featuring eleven new songs that celebrate a range of Americana musical genres, and stories that will introduce listeners to a number of new memorable characters.
