SUMMARY:Gentle Yoga on the Deck
DESCRIPTION:Join Beth McNally from Earthshine Yoga Studio in supportive yoga poses and flows for joints and muscles. Supportive yoga poses and flows for joints and muscles. Practicing in nature enhances the mind\, body\, and soul benefits of yoga. These classes are open to all abilities! Modifications to ease or enhance the routine will be offered. Bring a mat and any props you need. \nThe deck can accommodate about 20 people\, arrive early to check in and ensure your spot. Please keep in mind that in the event of inclement weather\, the class will be held in the Great Room with limited space. \nTime/Day: Classes run on Monday and Wednesday mornings 9:15 am – 10:15 am (Beginning June 16th and ending October 1st\, 2025) \n\nCost: $20/class\, or 5 classes for $85 or 10 classes for $160 (while available). Purchases are applicable towards summer 2025 classes. \n\nRegistration: Registration for classes will take place through Beth & Jill.
