NYS Maple Weekend-Paul Smith’s VIC Breakfast/Brunch with Chef Pittman

Maple Weekend is a chance for the public to learn about New York’s maple sugarmaking processes and traditions and to provide a chance to taste pure maple syrup in its many forms – right from the source. This event is organized and sponsored by the New York State Maple Producers’ Association.
Visitors to Maple Weekend at the VIC can:
- TASTE a pure and natural food product at its freshest and in its many forms. Alumni Chef David Pittman will be creating all sorts of maple delicacies for you try, Maple bacon, Maple glazed sausage, even Maple Crème Brulee. Of course, we will pancakes and waffles. All you can eat, Adults $15, kids $10.
