| Enjoy a beginner level canoe paddle on Barnum Pond with VIC staff and take in some fall color. Participants will learn about Adirondack wetlands and bogs and the fascinating diversity of life they support as you navigate along the Barnum Outlet into Barnum Pond. Hats and sunscreen recommended. Ages 5+. Children must be accompanied by one adult per two children. Every Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting, 1-3pm. Note the time change to the afternoon to accommodate for our cooler fall mornings. Preregistration is required. |
