Mushroom Walk

Mushroom expert Susan Hopkins is back at the VIC for another summer of fascinating fungi hunting. Join her for an dive into the diverse mushroom world, then head out on a casual walk in the woods to discover fungi along the way. Discuss and identify poisonous and edible species, as well as some of medicinal value. Feel free to stay longer to use books and reference materials provided by Susan for more study after the foray in the sunspace at the VIC.

This program is geared towards people who have familiarity with mushrooms, mushroom diversity. It is not intended to be an introduction to mushrooms program.
